We are so excited for the next level of a soon-to-be-favorite tradition: the annual BeneYOU Incentive Trip! You work hard to run a successful business, and we’re eager to reward your consistent efforts and results.

Qualification period: October 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019

You can earn the 2019 Incentive Trip at four different “levels”:

  • Level 1: 25 points = Trip* for 1
  • Level 2: 30 points = Trip for 1 + air stipend** for 1
  • Level 3: 45 points = Trip for 2 + air stipend** for 1
  • Level 4: 50 Points = Trip for 2 + air stipend** for 2

* Trip is based on double occupancy: If you earn one trip, we’ll try to accommodate roommate requests, OR you may purchase a trip for guests.
** Air stipend will be reimbursed up to USD $350 (or international equivalent). Not an actual cash award.

So, how do I earn points?

1. Every 500 Sales Points (your personal store) = 2 Trip Points

2. Every 500 Sales Points from a new Associate = 1 Trip Point to the enroller

Note: Sales Points are cumulative throughout the earning period.

Bonus opportunity: Between Oct. 1 – Mar. 31, enroll 3 new Associates, have each of them enroll 3 new Associates, and from those 12 generate 15,000 Team Points (cumulative), and you earn Level 2.

Bonus bonus opportunity: Between Oct. 1 – Mar. 31, enroll 6 new Associates, have each of them enroll 3 new Associates, and from those 24 generate 30,000 Team Points (cumulative), and you earn Level 4.

Things to consider:

Do I want to earn a trip for 1, or for 2?

Do I want to earn airfare reimbursement

How many weekly or monthly Sales Points do I need to average to reach my goal?

How many parties/events/get-togethers should I commit to each month to hit my milestones?

How many people will I invite to join my team each month?

How am I going to support them in getting off to a strong start?


Feeling excited? We sure are! Here are some examples so we know we’re all on the same page:

Example A:

If you want to earn the trip + air reimbursement for 1, you need 30 Trip Points by March 31, 2019.

Set a goal to earn a minimum of 1,000 Sales Points each month. This means 4 Trip Points each month, for a total of 24 points over the 6 months of qualifying.

Add 2 personally enrolled team members each month (that’s 12 new Associates over the 6 months), and help at least half of them work toward at least 500 Sales Points. 6 new personally enrolled Associates with 500+ Sales Points will give you 6 Trip Points (per item #2 above). 24 + 6 = 30 Trip Points, which is Level 1, a trip for you + air reimbursement!

Example B:

If you want to earn the trip + air reimbursement for 2, you need to earn 50 Trip Points by March 31, 2019.

Make a goal to earn a minimum of 2,000 Sales Points each month. This will give you 8 Trip Points each month (48 Trip Points).

Add 2 personally enrolled Associates each month for 6 months (12 new Associates). Help at least half of them work to generate at least 500 Sales Points. 6 people with 500+ Sales Points will give you 6 Trip Points. 48 Points + 6 Points = 54 points — and 2 spots on the 2019 Incentive Trip!

Example C:

Another way to earn the trip + air reimbursement for 2 is to build your team. Bring on 6 personally enrolled Associates who, in turn, each bring in 3 new Associates. Together, those 24 Associates can accumulate 30,000 Team Points during the 6 months of the earning period.
