UK Return Policy

SALES TERMS

When you pay a Jamberry Sales Consultant directly for inventory she/he has on hand (known as “cash and carry” purchases), your contract is with her/him. In all other cases, your Sales Consultant is arranging the sale and your contract is with Jamberry Nails UK, LTD (“we, us”), whose address and contact information is located at the bottom of this page.

Your total price will include any VAT and shipping and handling. Title to and risk of loss for the products transfers to you when the products are shipped. Delivery will be made to you within 30 days; orders are subject to availability. By law, your products must correspond with their description and any sample by reference to which they were ordered and must otherwise conform with the contract. Due to variations in printing methods, product colours in the catalogue or online may not be an exact representation of actual Jamberry products.

If you have any questions or complaints about your order or any products delivered to you, you can contact us by post, email or telephone using the information located at the bottom of this page. If any dispute relating to your purchase is not resolved directly between us, there are a number of government approved and EU listed certified alternative dispute resolution service providers, including ProMediate (UK) Limited and others which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/odr; but we are not obliged to and do not agree to have our customers’ complaints handled by these providers. Customers may also contact the Direct selling Association which operates a dispute resolution service which may be contacted via post at DSA, 30 Billing Rd, Northampton NN1 5DQ, tel 01604 625700 or, online at www.dsa.org.uk.

THE JAMBERRY GUARANTEE

We want you to love and enjoy your new products. In most cases, you can return items to us for a full refund (see specific limitations below). If you provide us with notice of cancellation within 14 days of delivery of the product and return the product within 14 days of giving such notice (pursuant to the Notice of Right to Cancel below) or if a returned item is faulty, damaged or delivered in error and the product is returned within six months of delivery; the cost of delivering the product to you and any cost to ship the product back to us will be included in the refund (except for any supplementary delivery costs if you choose a delivery method which is more expensive than our standard delivery cost). If none of the above conditions apply, we will not cover the costs of shipping. All returns are subject to the following conditions.
This Jamberry Guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept returns of items purchased from us through the Jamberry website or through the Personal Website of any Jamberry sales consultant. We will not accept returns of items which are not purchased from us, e.g. purchases from third party shopping portals such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. or purchases from the “on hand” inventory of a Jamberry Consultant, in which the customer paid the Consultant directly. You must provide proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

Apart from your first nail wrap purchase, we will not issue refunds for Jamberry Nail Wraps or other products that touch the fingernails when such products have been unsealed after delivery to you. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we must keep such items out of circulation. All refunds or exchanges will be at the price the Customer paid for the product, inclusive of any discounts. Products purchased as part of a “buy three get one free” or similar promotion will be given a pro-rated refund or exchange value.(e.g. a wrap purchased as part of a buy three get one free promotion would be refunded at £11.25, as the prorated retail value of four wraps purchased for £45. That wrap could not be exchanged for a £15 lacquer). We do not give refunds for gift codes or discount codes; a product must have been purchased to be eligible for a refund.

You can use the notice of cancellation provided below if you wish to do so or you can give us notice in some other way (e.g. letter, email or telephone) as long as we receive a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

First Time Order Returns

If you are dissatisfied with the first nail wrap you purchase from Jamberry, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the product is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition.

Customer Returns

Any product, other than your first nail wrap purchase or a damaged or faulty product, must be returned within 90 days with its original packaging and in an ‘as new’ condition undamaged and unused to be eligible for a full exchange or refund. Bundled items must be returned with all original components. StyleBox exchanges will only be processed for other StyleBox wraps. If you return products for any reason other than damage to or a fault in the products and their value has reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you will be charged for that reduction in value and that charge will be deducted from your refund. Products which are damaged or faulty or not the correct product may be returned for a full refund or exchange within six months of delivery.

Jamberry Mini Heater Returns

The Jamberry Mini-Heater has a six month limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Subject to your statutory rights, product failure after this limited warranty period will not be covered by Jamberry.

Consultant Returns

Product returns by Independent Consultants are subject to the terms of our Independent Consultant Agreement our Independent Consultant Policies and Procedures and any agreements or documents incorporated therein.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY POST

If you cancel your contract within 14 days of delivery of the product to you and return the products within 14 days of the cancellation date, Jamberry will pay the cost of returning the product to us. For any product returned after that time, you are responsible for the return delivery costs. We recommend that you send your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for at least the value of the items being returned. Jamberry is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

NOTICE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

Jamberry hereby gives you the following notice of cancellation rights:

1. You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to you without giving any reason by providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel to Jamberry Nails UK LTD, unless your purchases are “cash and carry”, in which case your clear statement should be given to your Sales Consultant. (see above explanation under Sales Terms).

2. To meet the 14 day cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice to us before that cancellation period has expired.

3. You must send off the goods within 14 days of giving your notice of cancellation.

4. If you meet the above requirements we will refund you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day you return the products to us. We will refund you by the same means of payment that you used for your initial transaction and you will not incur any charges for that refund. We may withhold your refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
